Under the authority of

section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, 2000

I define the following area as the Millertown

Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING AREA

Beginning at a point on a high water mark in Beothuk Lake approximately 2268.5458 meters southwest from Mary Marchs Brook having coordinates east 266,178.629 meters and north 5,409,564.629 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general southwesterly direction along the sinuosities

of Beothuk Lake to a point on a high water mark of Beothuk Lake having

coordinates east 260,822.687 meters and north 5,404,219.306 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a general southeasterly direction to a point on the intersection of two unnamed roads having coordinates east 261,966.454 meters and north 5,403,677.275 meters, more or less;

Then heading in a easterly direction to a point on a high water mark of Harpoon Brook having coordinates east 264,880.978 meters and north 5,403,844.278 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly

direction along the sinuosities

of the northern shoreline of Harpoon Brook to a point on a high water mark on the eastern bank of an unnamed brook having coordinates east 266,494.983 meters and north 5,404,787.868 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northwesterly direction along the sinuosities

of an unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point having coordinates east 266,330.042 meters and north 5,405,686.790 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly

direction along the sinuosities

of the unnamed river on the eastern shoreline to a point on a high water mark on the most easterly side of an unnamed pond having coordinates east 266,709.056 meters and north 5,405,914.248 meters, more or less;

Then running in a general northeasterly

direction along the sinuosities
