On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Reporting Information Affecting Public Health Regulation, B.C. Reg. 167/2018, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Vaccination Status Reporting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 146/2019, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Section 1 of the Reporting Information Affecting Public Health Regulation, B.C. Reg. 167/2018, is amended by repealing the definition of "executive medical director" and substituting the following:

"chief medical officer" means the chief medical officer of the British Columbia Centre for Disease Control, being part of the Provincial Health Services Authority; .

2 Sections 15 and 18 are amended by striking out " executive medical director " wherever it appears and substituting " chief medical officer ".

3 The

Schedule is amended in

section 2 by adding the following paragraph:

(o.1) mpox; .

Appendix 2

Section 11 (a) (ii) of the Vaccination Status Reporting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 146/2019, is amended by striking out " executive medical director " and substituting " chief medical officer ".
