B.C. Reg. 142/2007, deposited June 1, 2007, pursuant to the CHILD AND YOUTH STATUTES (REPRESENTATION IMPROVEMENT) AMENDMENT ACT, 2007 [Section 24] and the REPRESENTATIVE FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH ACT [Section 38]. Order in Council 325/2007, approved and ordered May 30, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) sections 11 to 15 of the Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007 , S.B.C. 2007, c. 5, are brought into force,

(

b) sections 6 (

c) and 14 of the Representative for Children and Youth Act , S.B.C. 2006, c. 29, are brought into force,

(

c) section 11 of the Representative for Children and Youth Act , as amended by

section 11 of the Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007 , is brought into force,

(

d) section 12 of the Representative for Children and Youth Act , as amended by

section 12 of the Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007 , is brought into force,

(

e) section 13 of the Representative for Children and Youth Act , as amended by

section 13 of the Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007 , is brought into force, and

(

f) section 16 of the Representative for Children and Youth Act , as amended by

section 15 of the Child and Youth Statutes (Representation Improvement) Amendment Act, 2007 , is brought into force.
