On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Whereas Paul Brennan was appointed as full-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 6/2022 dated January 6, 2022;
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Paul Brennan of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two-years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
