Press mg em er of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 370 , Approved and Ordered MAR g V Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Susan Campbell be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Health and Minister Responsible for Seniors, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Susan Campbell; (

c) the appointment of Susan Campbell, made by Order in Council 258/98, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
