Order in Council 199/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Catherine Bickley was appointed a full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective August 8, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 1214/2016;

And

whereas Catherine Bickley tendered her resignation effective January 18, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 1214/2016 be revoked effective January 18, 2018.
