OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 9, 2026, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a lease for the purpose of a shooting and archery range to the Nova Scotia Rifle Association, a society with its registered office at Upper Rawdon, Hants County, its successors, trustees and permitted assigns for land currently identified as Portions of PIDs 45127628, 45125234, 45126521, 45124922, 45151669, 45128923, 45164258, 45127628, 45125234 and 45164258, containing approximately 775.39 hectares (1,916 acres), as shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
