OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Economic Development dated March 7, 2007, pursuant to Order in Council 2005-373, and Sections 59A(a), 59C(1), and 59C(1A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09approve Waterfront Development Corporation Limited and its subsidiary, 3104102 Nova Scotia Limited, to enter into two leases with Transport Canada substantially on the terms and conditions outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 7, 2007; \x09(b)\x09authorize Waterfront Development Corporation Limited or its subsidiary, 3104102 Nova Scotia Limited, to execute such documents and other instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; \x09(c)\x09authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
