Order in Council 320/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Gregory H. Thede of Port Elgin

be reappointed as a member of the Town of Saugeen Shores Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from March 18, 2023.
