Order in Council 159/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marc Laroche was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective April 11, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 682/2018;

And

whereas Marc Laroche was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years, effective April 11, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 683/2018;

And

whereas Marc Laroche tendered his resignation effective November 20, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 682/2018 and 683/2018 be revoked effective November 20, 2018.
