Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of 2,520 square feet, more or less (Parcel M3) and 1,720 square feet, more or less (Parcel M4) of land situate, lying and being at or near Timberlea, Halifax County, and being more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on a plan marked

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the said report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, the said expropriation being for a public purpose; namely, for the purpose of a public highway.
