Order in Council 755/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, Order in Council OC -1404/2023, dated September 22, 2023, which appointed the Honourable Vijay Thanigasalam, Minister without Portfolio as Associate Minister of Transportation, Ministry of Transportation, is hereby revoked, effective June 6, 2024.
