OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Minister of Aboriginal Affairs dated March 2, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 375 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Justice to enter into an Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada to provide funding to Nova Scotia under the Department of Justice Canada Child-centred Family Justice Fund to cover some of the costs associated with Nova Scotia's Family Justice activities, in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
