Order in Council 155/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Lee Holling of Wallaceburg

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Lee Holling of Wallaceburg

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
