Order in Council 439/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 10(2) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010 , the persons specified in Column A of

Schedule 1 to this Order, be reappointed on a part-time basis to the positions as specified in Column B of

Schedule 1 to the board of directors of the Ontario Health Quality Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one month, effective March 7, 2020.
