On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Gita Anand of Toronto was reappointed as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board by Order in Council O.C. 2217/2017.
Ms. Anand submitted her resignation effective May 1, 2019.
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 110(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, Order in Council O.C. 2217/2017 is revoked effective May 1, 2019.
