OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated May 28, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 307 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting an interim project for recognition of interprovincial vehicle registration, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 3, 2025.
