Order in Council 414/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2069/2017, dated October 18, 2017 Warren W. Dickert was reappointed as a member of the Town of Hanover Police Services Board for a term of three years effective October 18, 2017;

and

whereas Warren W. Dickert has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2069/2017, dated October 18, 2017 reappointing Warren W. Dickert as a member of the Town of Hanover Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
