An Act to Amend the Real Property Tax Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur l’impôt foncier Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 4(2) of the Real Property Tax Act,

chapter R-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “or any subsequent year”. 1 Le paragraphe 4 (2) de la

Section 5 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 5 de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (1) in the portion preceding para- graph (

a) by striking out “subsection (4)” and substi- tuting “subsections (1.01) and (4)”;
