OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated February 27, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Suellen Smofsky made pursuant to Order in Council 94-81 dated January 25, 1994; and (
b) appoint Suellen Smofsky of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
