OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 23, 2000, pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve an exchange of lands as follows: (

a) conveyance by the Minister of Natural Resources to Atlantic Shopping Centres Limited or the Halifax Regional Municipality of lands approximately as outlined in pink on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) conveyance by the Minister of Natural Resources to the St. Margarets Arena Association of lands approximately as outlined in yellow on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

c) acquisition from Atlantic Shopping Centres Limited or St. Margarets Arena Association of lands approximately as outlined in blue on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

d) payment to the Crown by Atlantic Shopping Centres Limited of any difference in value of the land received by the Crown and conveyed by the Crown as determined by appraisal; and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
