Order in Council 1140/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2060/2001, dated October 3, 2001, appointing Dr. Peter C. Maier as a Coroner for Ontario, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
