Section 27 of
Chapter 342 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Petroleum Resources Act, as amended, is pleased to make regulations respecting onshore drilling for petroleum in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 30, 2001.
