Order in Council 1680/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 , Angela Clayton be appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond June 30, 2025, effective the later of December 16, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made;

Further that Order in Council 1227/2023 dated August 17, 2023 be revoked, effective the later of December 16, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
