OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated September 15, 1999, pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act, is pleased to: (

a) dispose of certain surplus departmental lands containing a total of 2.61 acres, more or less, situated at or near The Falls, Colchester County, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; (

b) convey the said lands to Achim Hoetten of The Falls, Colchester County, for the price of $606.75; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines.
