OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated February 16, 2000, pursuant to

Section 15 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting university foundations made by Order in Council 93-333 dated April 6, 1993, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after March 16, 2000.
