OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 12, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources:

a) issuing a lease for Crown lands containing approximately 99.5 hectares (246 acres), located at Belleisle, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Bishop Farms Limited with its registered office at Round Hill, Annapolis County, and Northview Farms Limited with its registered office at Upper Clements, Annapolis County, their successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of agricultural production operations and for no other purpose, on such terms as the Minister deems appropriate; and

b) executing such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
