Section of the Trespass Act,

chapter of the Revised Statutes, 2012, is amended by repealing the definition “forest land” and substituting the following: 1 L’article de la

Loi sur les actes d’intrusion, cha ‐ pitre des Lois révisées de 2012, est modifié par l’abrogation de la définition de « terre forestière » et son remplacement par ce qui suit : “forest land” means any land lying outside the boun ‐ daries of a city or town and not cultivated for agricul ‐ tural purposes on which trees of any stage of develop ‐ ment, including seedlings or saplings from a plantation or arising from natural regeneration, and shrubs, plants or grass are growing, together with roads on the land, other than public highways, but does not include the lands referred to in subsection 5(1) or

section 6. (terre forestière) « terre forestière » Toute terre sise hors des limites d’une cité ou d’une ville, non cultivée à des fins agri ‐ coles et sur laquelle croissent à la fois des arbres à n’im ‐ porte quel stade de leur développement, notamment des semis ou des plants issus de plantations ou de régénéra ‐ tion naturelle, et des arbustes, plantes ou herbes, ainsi que les chemins se trouvant sur cette terre, exception faite des routes publiques. La présente définition exclut les terres visées au paragraphe 5(1) ou à l’article 6. (fo‐ rest land) 2 Paragraph 6(1)(
