B.C. Reg. 383/2003, deposited October 24, 2003, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 961/2003, approved and ordered October 23, 2003.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective February 1, 2004, the Offence Act Forms Regulation, B.C. Reg. 422/90, is amended

(

a) by repealing Form A.1 and substituting the attached Form A.1,

(

b) by repealing Form H.1 and substituting the attached Form H.1, and

(

c) by repealing Form K.1 and substituting the attached Form K.1. — P. G. PLANT, Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Treaty Negotiations; C. CLARK, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.
