On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 757/2016 dated May 18, 2016 that appointed

Birinder Singh of Toronto

as a part-time Physician member of the Physician Payment Review Board under the Health Insurance Act , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
