OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated August 12, 2004, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of a right of way with respect to Crown lands at Southwest Cove, Lunenburg County, shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to The Aspotogan Spa Company Limited, a body corporate having a registered office at Halifax, Halifax County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1000.00 plus HST and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
