OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 4, 2003, and pursuant to subsection 27(2) of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2001, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act, is pleased to approve the making by the Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia of amendments to the Licensed Practical Nurses Regulations approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2002-275 dated June 6, 2002, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after September 26, 2003.
