OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated December 10, 2019, and pursuant to subsection 4(2) of
Chapter 85 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Condominium Act , is pleased to, effective January 14, 2020: (
a) revoke the appointment of Adam Grant as Registrar of Condominiums, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2016-301; and (
b) appoint Michelle Waye as Registrar of Condominiums.
