B.C. Reg. 305/2004, deposited June 30, 2004, pursuant

to the INDEPENDENT SCHOOL ACT [Section 18 (2) (a)].

Order in Council 649/2004, approved and ordered June 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective

July 1, 2004,

section 3 (4) of the Independent School Regulation,

B.C. Reg. 262/89, is amended

(

a) in the definition of "A", subparagraph (ii), by striking

out "as defined in the School Act ,",

(

b) in the definition of "B", by striking out "capital

allowance" and substituting "facility grant", and

(

c) by repealing the definition of "C" and substituting

the following:

C is the total for local capital expenditures as defined

by paragraph (

b) of the definition of "local capital expenditure" in

section 1

of the School Act ; .
