OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Finance dated March 11, 1999, with the advice of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, pursuant to clause 26(1)(

b) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, and subsection 72(3) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-11, dated January 3, 1995, as amended, by: (

a) deleting from the fourth line of paragraph (

b) thereof, the words, numbers and punctuation "Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000)" and substituting therefor the words, numbers and punctuation "Seventy-two Million Dollars ($72,000,000)"; and (

b) deleting from the sixth line of paragraph (

b) thereof, the word, numbers and punctuation "March 31, 1999" and substituting therefor the word, numbers and punctuation "March 31, 2000".
