Order in Council 1240/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 285/2022 dated February 17, 2022, appointing Paul Brennan as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective February 17, 2022.
