OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated July 24, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Leslie Anne Nippard of Enfield, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2002-342 dated July 18, 2002, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; and (
b) appoint Lesley Anne Nippard of Enfield, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, while employed with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
