OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 6, 2001, pursuant to
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-77 dated February 15, 2001, respecting the appointment of Norma Oliver as a Justice of the Peace while employed with the Department of Justice, by striking out "Digby, Digby County" in the thirteenth line and substituting "Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County".
