Le présent projet de loi oblige les personnes qui utilisent des bicyclettes sur les routes ou les pistes cyclab les à porter un casque protecteur.

BILL PROJET DE LOI THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT (BICYCLE HELMETS) LOI MODIFIANT LE CODE DE LA ROUTE (CASQUES DE BICYCLETTES) (Assented to ) (Date de sanction : ) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows: SA MAJESTÉ, sur l'avis et avec le consentement de l'Assemblée législative du Manitoba, édicte : C.C.S.M. c. H60 amended The Highway Traffic Act is amended by this Act. Modification du c. H60 de la C.P.L.M. 1 La présente loi modifie le Code de la route . 2 Subsection 145(4) is amended (

a) by replacing the

section heading of the English version with " Helmet required "; and (

b) in the subsection, by adding " bicycle or " after "operate a ". 2 Le paragraphe 145(4) est modifié :

a) dans la version anglaise, par substitution, au titre, de « Helmet required »;

b) par adjonction, après « bicyclette », de « ou une bicyclette ». Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day it receives royal assent.
