OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 3, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act , and
Section 41A of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective October 9, 2018: (
a) revoke the appointment of Jennifer Glennie as Acting Clerk of the Executive Council; (
b) revoke the appointment of Jennifer Glennie as Secretary to the Executive Council; and (
c) appoint Dana MacKenzie of Halifax Regional Municipality as Secretary to the Executive Council.
