Section 24 of

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2012,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, and subsection 3(7) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 15 and 20 of

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2012,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, do come into force on and not before September 1, 2013.
