OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated December 22, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Donna MacMillan, Customer Service Representative of the Port Hawkesbury Access Nova Scotia Centre, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective January 19, 2010; and (
b) appoint Dianne Willis, Customer Service Representative of the Sydney Access Nova Scotia Centre, as Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses effective January 19, 2010.
