I, Doug Donaldson, Minister of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, order that

(

a) the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(

b) the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2, and

(

c) the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 3.

Appendix 1

Part 1 of

Schedule 4 of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended by repealing item 11.

Part 2 of

Schedule 4 is amended by repealing

section 2.1.

Appendix 2

Section 8 (5) (

e) of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended by striking out " or 85 " and substituting " , 85 or 115 ".

Schedule 1 is amended in

section 115 by striking out " March 1 " and substituting " May 1 ".

Appendix 3

Schedule 3.07 of the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 338/82, is amended in the row entitled " Black Bear " in the column entitled " Region 8 " by striking out " No open season " and substituting " Oct. 1 - May 31 ".
