OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated July 25, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and
Section 16 of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into an agreement with Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency regarding a contribution for high resolution aerial photography under the Hurricane Fiona Recovery Fund, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
