Section 33 of
Chapter 44 of the Acts of 2011, the Safe Body Art Act , is pleased to make new regulations respecting body art facilities in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after February 1, 2019.
