OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated June 16, 2011, and pursuant to all authority in her vested in this behalf, is pleased, effective August 2, 2011, to: (

a) repeal Order in Council 91-941 dated August 15, 1991 as amended by Order in Council 93-396 dated April 20, 1993 and Order in Council 96-509 dated July 3, 1996; and (

b) establish: (

i) a scholarship as the "Dr. P. Anthony Johnstone Memorial Entrance Scholarship" in an amount that is subject to the annual appropriation; and (ii) a committee which makes recommendations to the Minister about the scholarship award as the Dr. P. Anthony Johnstone Memorial Scholarship Committee, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
