OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 28, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 27 and 29 of
Chapter 100 of the Revised States of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to: (a)convey the lands at Port Lorne, Annapolis County, known as Lot A and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Raymond Norman Weir and Nora Alice Weir, as joint tenants for consideration of $1.00; (b)authorize the Attorney General to make, execute and deliver a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Attorney General determines appropriate; (c)as conditions to the conveyance of the lands, require Raymond Norman Weir and Nora Alice Weir to: (i)pay the Department of Justice's fees in the amount of $850.00; (ii)pay any arrears of real property taxes assessed on the lands; (iii)migrate title to the lands at their own cost; and (iv)indemnify Her Majesty in Right of the Province for any claim that arises against Her Majesty in Right of the Province due to the vesting of the lands in Her Majesty in Right of the Province as a result of the dissolution of Ray's Construction Limited in terms acceptable to the Attorney General.\x0c
