OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated March 29, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to, effective April 1, 2001, approve a performance based market adjustment to rates of compensation for government lawyers as indicated in Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
