OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 13, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act and

Section 7 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to, effective June 19, 2012: (

a) revoke the appointment of Margaret MacDonald as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2010-396 dated October 28, 2010; and (

b) appoint Elizabeth Cody as the deputy minister appointed from time to time as a non-voting member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation.
