Order in Council 1239/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act,

Sherri Louttit of Englehart

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Timiskaming Health Unit for a period of three years, effective October 9, 2016 and including October 8, 2019.
